Choosing a new printer for your office can be rather difficult. Specially when you print a lot of pages everyday, you need to make sure that your printing quality isn’t bad while keeping the cost of printing low. Not all printers can do that. So, we selected the top three printers that are capable of saving money while maintaining the desired quality of documents & images
1. Canon Pixma G2012
The Canon Pixema G2012 is the successor to the popular G2000 & it comes with some useful perks. It’s an ink-tank printer so, it prints way more pages compared to a traditional cartridge-based printer. It can print almost 9 pages (8.8 pages) in Black & 5 pages in color within a minute.
This printer is pretty great in terms of print quality of photos & documents. It can print up to 6000 pages in Black or 7000 pages in color with full coverage. The costing is 8 paise for B/W & 21 paise for Color prints.

2. Brother DCP-T710W
The Brother DCP-T710W is a better printer with more features but, it’s also slightly expensive compared to the Pixma. It has built-in Wi-Fi connection so, there is literally no need to plug in your PC or you can also print with a smartphone if you want. This is also an ink-tank printer so, it prints a lot of papers with one refill. We don’t have the exact numbers but, shouldn’t be very different from the Pixma.
The printing speed is pretty fast too. 12/10 ipm to be exact. It also has a 150 pages paper tray & support for a 20 sheets auto document feeder that allows scanning & printing of multiple pages at the same operation.

3. HP 415
The HP 415 is kinda like a middleman between the Brother & the Canon Pixma. It’s an ink-tank printer, of course. But, the form factor is kinda compact & it looks quite elegant. The printing capacity per tank refill is about 6000 pages in B/W & 8000 pages in color. This focuses on quality a lot so, should be good for printing photos & also those deep blacks.
The price sits right between the Pixma & the Brother but, considering that it’s also a wireless printer with all those PC & smartphone detail perks, it might just be worth it. If you like elegance & you want something more compact, you can have a look at this one.
